Each month, we'll 'travel' to a new and exotic Caribbean isle to be inspired by it's beauty through an exclusive mystery quilt design.
We'll bask in the wonder of each destination's warmth and culture with batik fabrics chosen specifically for the occasion.
Deb has thought of everything for this program, down to your afternoon break. Enjoy a little light reading and learn about each island's culture, history and attractions while you cook up a recipe for some local cuisine. It will be a mouthwatering escape into the Caribbean.
That's not all! We pondered, but there just wasn't a good way to gather seashells without actually going there. Instead, we'll build on a beach-inspired bracelet each month. Tucked away in your package, you'll find a beautiful European charm (Pandora style) to add to your bracelet, creating a Caribbean memory right in your sewing room.

July: In the Cayman Islands, we get to watch the beautiful turtles! Las Tortugas is the perfect Caribbean vacation setting with breezy hillsides above a turquoise ocean with a winding path meandering down to a beautiful sandy beach. Now, don't you just wanna crawl into this quilt and take a nap? |
August: Sail with us to the beautiful Bahamas! With more than 3,000 islands, you're always surrounded by beautiful beaches and all the wonder of the Caribbean. |
This quilt is as diverse as the island itself with bold pinwheel blocks and a border reminiscent of the beautiful beaches. |
As we visit the Turks and Caicos, we'll stroll the white-sand beaches and bask in the beauty of these secluded islands. Since the only conch farm in the world is on Caicos, we thought this block, with it's small spikes would make a great reminder of these beautiful shells. |

Located on an island just 37 square miles, Saint Maarten is is the smallest land mass in the world to be shared by two different nations. While there last, Deb met "That Yoda Guy". Just one more interesting story included in your package this month. |
Sail away with us to the British Virgin Islands where we'll visit the gorgeous island of Tortola. Formed from volcanoes, this mountainous island of just 21.5 square miles offers great beaches and all the extras needed for a great vacation. |
We're off to beautiful Barbados, where the Fying Fish is a common sight in these warm tropical seas. The quilt features a pinwheel inside a star that appears to spin off the white background giving it a vibrant and fun feel. |
This wild and wonderful celebration in Grenada is full of color with street dances, calypso ... and Shakespeare! A true combination of color, rhythm, and culture. |
